Many people find it difficult to clearly and honestly express themselves. The flower remedies in our Expression blend assists in all aspects of communication, beginning within ourselves.
Expression helps us to listen to our intuition and organise our thoughts and feelings, for when our thinking is in order, our words speak our truth. Often what needs to be said, needs to be heard.
This remedy opens the throat chakra. It helps us find the right words so we may clearly and honestly communicate in the verbal and written sense, with sensitivity.
The ability to materialise inspirations is also enhanced. Expression helps with just that - expressing yourself.
Take 10 drops under the tongue 3 times daily, or as needed.
